Alyssa Scholz, NCIDQ, IIDA

Alyssa has more than two decades of diversified design experience focused on healthcare facilities including hospitals, clinics, and medical office buildings. She understands the power of space to satisfy not only functional caregiving requirements, but to improve the users’ quality of life through environments that inspire and engage. Over the course of her career, Alyssa has fostered strong client relationships with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Hoag Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Scripps Health, and many others. Her passion and motivation is consistently recognized as a differentiator for her project work. Prior to Gensler, Alyssa was a Principal at HGA, Director of Environments at Taylor Design, and also worked at Perkins + Will and SOM. She is a former associate faculty member at Arizona State University and Woodbury University, and a frequent speaker at healthcare and industry conferences.
